Do the jobs we post need to be remote?
No. Although most of our talent pool are looking for remote-based opportunities, this is not a requirement for job posts. If your role is not a remote position, simply state that the job is not remote-based in the ‘Location’ field.
Here, you can also indicate whether the job is fully remote, remote-based, onsite or flexible (to be determined with the candidate).
Although the roles you may offer may not be fully remote, you may want to consider offering a flexible position. This means that an employee could work from home several times a week instead of being in the office 5 days a week.
It’s important to consider that for highly-skilled candidates with unique personal circumstances or disabilities, flexibility opens the door to so many new opportunities.
