I can't log into my account

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow these steps:

Reset your password

  1. If you would like to reset your password, navigate to the Log in button in the upper right-hand corner of any Patchwork Hub web page.

  2. Click Forgot Password? and enter the email address your Patchwork Hub account is registered with and then click Request Password.

  3. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see the email in your inbox. Once you have your email, click the Reset Password button, and enter your new password. Then you’re all set!

If you no longer have access to your email account you will, unfortunately, need to create a new account with Patchwork Hub, as you will not be able to recover the password.
