If you’re experiencing technical issues while using Patchwork Hub, these handy tips can help you resolve them.

Basic Troubleshooting

Most technical issues can be easily fixed by following these simple steps:

  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser. There are guides on how to do this in Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
  • Update your browser to its latest version. Patchwork Hub works on all internet browsers.
  • Log out of your Patchwork Hub account and log back in again.
  • Re-try what you were trying to do (uploading your profile picture, adding your CV/resume, searching for job openings, etc).

If you are still experiencing technical issues after completing these steps, please try the following:

  • Log into your account through an Incognito window on Google Chrome.
  • Re-try what you were trying to do (uploading your profile picture, adding your CV/resume, searching for job openings, etc).
  • If this does not resolve the issue, try using another browser.
