The future of work is remote and ‘skills-based’ but most current solutions focus on ‘fitting’ people into the workplace. Instead, why not create a workspace that fits around people? Working in a more accessible way is a win-win for employers and employees.

Patchwork Hub is an accessible employment platform. Our goal is to promote decent work for all and ‘patch’ the talent gap. We connect businesses with skilled professionals who are able and ready to work. We call these highly-skilled professionals ‘Patchworkers’.

The Covid-19 pandemic has shown that people can work effectively, even if they can’t leave their homes. We know that remote working works, but one piece is still missing. There needs to be a mainstream recruitment solution that is accessible and inclusive for all.

Our platform allows our Patchworkers to find work opportunities, expert training and community support. Anyone can join our platform. Our Patchworkers come from a range of backgrounds and industries. They include carers, parents, graduates and people with disabilities.

Support for disabled people integrated into the future of work

People with disabilities and challenging personal circumstances should be fully integrated into the future model of work. Yet they are still being treated as a separate category or an afterthought. There needs to be a mainstream recruitment solution that is accessible and inclusive for all.

That's where Patchwork Hub comes in. We’re a certified disabled-led social enterprise, but our services are designed and accessible for everyone to use.
