This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people.

Location: UK Flexible Glasgow/Belfast/Salford/Birmingham/Cardiff/London - Hybrid.
Proposed salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As Workplace Adjustments Leads, you will play a pivotal role in delivering real, practical change – actively supporting the implementation of adjustments from start to finish, from assessment to implementation. You’ll be the BBC’s central point of contact on workplace adjustments and work closely with employees, line managers, HR teams, and external partners to remove barriers, streamline processes, and ensure that adjustments are in place quickly and effectively.
The role will support our Workplace Adjustments Service Desk – a key initiative designed to improve the experience of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent colleagues across the organisation. This service will act as the central point of contact for all workplace adjustment queries across the BBC Group, ensuring that colleagues and their managers receive consistent, expert guidance and timely support.
