Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working 2 days per week in Cirencester and 3 days remote

You will be joining a team of exceptional and diverse analysts within the Business Change Department. This team is the hub that supports any change that might happen across our business. Our main function is to help support, advise, create and gather information and analyse business change in a variety of areas such as process, documentation, procedures, software and automation.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who enjoys projects that encompasses a vast variety of requirements and timescales and has the ability to communicate on a variety of levels with internal and external stakeholders. You will be proactive and adaptable in your tasks and have a dynamic & innovative approach to finding solutions. You will be eager to share your knowledge and experience with the wider team and be holistic and analytical with their thinking style.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing the appropriate artifacts required by the project.
  • Communicating and reporting effectively within the Programme and to the wider BA practice.
  • Demonstrating the correct behaviours and acting as a role model for the BA practice.
  • Providing support to the project including participating in workshops, owning requirements elicitation and other relevant project artifacts. Sharing ideas and examples with the rest of the BA Practice
  • Ensuring the quality of the work produced meets the necessary standards and that deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Working effectively with your stakeholders, conducting investigations, and assuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Special Requirements:

Whilst not essential the following would be an advantage:

  • Business analysis experience on large scale systems and business change programmes in the financial services industry
  • An understanding of key programme disciplines and controls
  • Experience in the full lifecycle of programmes, preferably involving both Waterfall and Agile development approaches
