We have an exciting opportunity for Client Research Project Manager to join our Corporate Strategy Division on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful person will drive client research projects within the consumer duty space on behalf of our senior stakeholders within SJP. This will include the coordination, researching, analysis, presenting and working very closely with our third party suppliers to ensure we understand our client views and key themes are shared to embed learning across the business.
A confident person who has curious and inquisitive approach to work, who enjoys fact finding and presenting results, excellent attention to detail with a natural ability to communicate with people.
You will deliver client research projects for key stakeholders in the business. This will involve co-ordinating research activities, executing research and analysing and presenting results. You will also be required to work with external suppliers to deliver client research. This will predominantly through clients who have signed up to our client community, and at times be required to support other client research projects including the Wealth Account survey and recruitment for our Client community.
You will oversee the execution research projects, and will need to review survey set u, data validation, administration and liaising with third party suppliers. You will collate and analyse results, and communicate to others within and outside the research team.
You will be responsible for managing individual research projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and in line with requirements.
Special Requirements
While no formal qualifications are needed to be successful for this role, knowledge of Consumer Duty and a Project Management Certification will hold an advantage.
