The main purpose of the role is to support the creation, delivery and maintenance of communications collateral, including written, video and audio content, to help keep Partners and clients informed of key developments to our group investment proposition. The role also involves ensuring the smooth running of various processes and projects, and responsibility for implementing changes/initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide support to the team in the creation and management of content across various channels.
Support the repurposing of content across all mediums so that it is delivered in a variety of formats to meet the needs of our broad audience.
Provide support to the team to ensure the smooth integration and ‘championing’ the introduction of new and existing technology, including automation.
Subject matter expert for MI to share success and lead the improvement of communications to our audiences.
Responsibility for defining and delivering improvements to existing processes through the analysis of engagement data.
Produce and promote video and audio content and become the ‘expert’ for the use of Zoom, Teams and other platforms.
Represent the Partner & Client Experience team in various projects (such as IMA changes), ensuring the team are aware of key milestones, deliverables and any dependencies with other stakeholders.
Work closely with the Strategic Communications team to help navigate the “air traffic control” process.

Effective communication skills, confident and capable of working with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, specifically word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
Competent in the use of technology (Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar).
Strong organisational skills, able to work to multiple deadlines.
Proactive, flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
