To create and manage the delivery of investment communications across different media and for a variety of audiences, to help clients achieve financial wellbeing in a world worth living in. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research and create content across the group investment proposition for a variety of channels. Content includes financial markets / responsible investing / private clients / banking / financial wellbeing / St. James’s Place investment proposition and performance.
  • Drive the design, production and delivery of Partner and client messages to support divisional projects, including IMA developments.
  • Plan thematic campaigns for the year, ensuring content is topical, aligns with division/business needs and meets the requirement of Partners and clients.
  • Responsible for the evolution of our approach to communicating - challenge and identify new ways to share our key messages through formats, channels and technology.
  • Contribute to- and have awareness of- the "air traffic control" process.
  • Work collaboratively with the group editorial lead to ensure content is aligned with the divisional business plan and themes.       

Who we’re looking for:


  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of and interest in investment markets, the economy and current affairs.
  • Excellent writing skills coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to write a broad range of marketing and technical copy on a variety of topics covering financial markets / responsible investing / private clients / banking / financial wellbeing / St. James’s Place investment proposition and performance.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines, particularly in terms of style and tone of voice.
  • Proactively drive best practice and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to suggest and make changes to enhance readability, conciseness and style of content.
  • Detailed knowledge of the financial services sector and how our competitors communicate with their stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
