We have a rare opportunity for the right person to join our User Experience and Design Division, where we represent the voice of our users (Our Employees, Partners and Clients) to ensure our service offering works for everyone. Our role is to understand what limits our users, what works well and what can be done better - not to just transform process and software, but to change our way of thinking and to take responsibility for achieving the best outcomes. Essentially we are looking for people who understands our users’ motivations and goals and help us put the customer first.
Your role will be to arrange and manage internal and external research activities, the output of these activities and keep this organised and accessible to designers, researchers and stakeholders around the business, utilising our growing insights library, based on the Enjoy HQ platform.
You will also be responsible for fostering a company-wide research community of practice, encouraging participation from other research teams, with the goal of extending human-centred design thinking throughout our diverse, FTSE100 wealth management company.
We are looking for a calm, organised, self-starter who is approachable, detail oriented whilst flexible enough to work without strict processes. You will embrace challenges and enjoy the ambiguous nature of this role. You will be able to identify insights, trends and patterns with ease. Knowledge and experience of Qualtrics and Enjoy HQ or similar platforms will give a distinct advantage, although not essential.
We know that everyone works best in different ways, at different times and in different environments. We value all of our employees and appreciate that everyone is different, and at different stages within their career. Recognising this, we have introduced a hybrid working policy to provide greater flexibility for part-time work, job-sharing, remote working, and flexibility on hours. Our people are encouraged to work in a flexible way that suits their lifestyle, so please ask the question and start a conversation!
Research tells us that applicants (especially those from underrepresented groups) can be put off from applying for a role if they do not meet all the criteria or have been on an extended career-break. If you think you would be a good match for this role and can demonstrate some transferable experience please apply, regardless of whether you tick every box.
In addition to an attractive salary and eligibility to participate in the discretionary annual bonus opportunities, you will also receive an excellent benefit package including:
Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service) with further pension matching
*Not applicable to fixed term contracts (standard uplift applies in lieu of the protection benefits)
