Your role

You will use your onboarding or equivalent experience to work with our clients, internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of all major lifecycle events for our segregated client mandates - responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new client mandates, subsequent lifecycle events such as portfolio changes & termination.
  • Proactively liaise with, and keep informed, both external and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition process. An understanding of the requirements, responsibilities and general processes of each stakeholder are vital.
  • Responsible for sending regular, clear and detailed updates to the business with regards to the status of on-going transition activity.
  • Where required coordinate other activities such as derivative trading agreements, new market opening and set-up etc.

Your profile

  • 3 years asset management industry experience in client on-boarding or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of the various aspects of portfolio implementation, including operational processes, legal and regulatory risks, investment, market risk etc.
  • Project management experience advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to adapt style according to the audience.
  • Curious with a willingness to understand the details and nuances of different investment strategies and markets.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Able to work independently but also integrate into a small, dynamic team.
  • Very organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to task-switch, work to tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and committed with a self-improvement mind-set.
  • Fluent English speaker, French, German or Italian a plus.
