Location: This role will be 4 days a week in London Lombard Street with 1 day at home, full flexibility needed

The main purpose of this role is to provide confidential, first-class, professional PA support to the Business Partnering Lead (BPL) assisting and supporting them in prioritising delivery of targets and managing workflows via planning and diary structure to achieve their objectives and that of the Field Management Team as a whole.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being responsible for the BPL’s diary and their Inbox, assessing priorities, owning actioning and delegating actions as appropriate.
  • Act as first point of contact and respond to verbal and written queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and managing the challenging demands being made on the BPL's time.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation in an efficient manner in line with budgets, preparing and submitting expense claims, signing off expenditure and checking reports for anomalies.
  • Sourcing and booking appropriate venues for meetings, coordinating invites, preparing agendas and presentation packs, attending the meeting to take notes for distribution and follow up.
  • Maintaining Salesforce records to ensure Partner Interactions are recorded and up to date.

Who we’re looking for:

An experienced PA, used to a fast-paced corporate environment with the following skills:

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a wide variety of tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to handle a complex diary, reacting effectively to changes.
  • A proven track record of engaging with, developing and building positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and externally.
  • Ability to act with tact and confidentiality at all times and able to deal with sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proof reading skills and experience with research and information monitoring.
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft applications, ability to create pivot tables, mail merge and produce presentations that may include animation and visuals.
