Location: Manchester or Leeds
 
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that New Partners and Financial Advisers are efficiently Recruited into SJP from an administrative and operational perspective.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring New Partner and Adviser applications are processed seamlessly and that any outstanding actions are identified and dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Conducting processes required to onboard New Partners and Advisers into SJP, including DBS checks, submitting applications and creating contact cards.
  • Creating offer letters for New Partners and Advisers.
  • Ensuring trading names for New Partners and Advisers are approved quickly.
  • Regularly catching up with BAMs to ensure they are supported regarding operational and administrative tasks for their recruits.
  • Coordinating with other Operations teams in Establishment, including Training, Relationship and Support & Operations, to ensure Partners and Advisers in Establishment have a seamless experience.

Who we’re looking for:

A candidate with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to work tasks, you will be extremely organised and adept at multitasking.  In addition to having:

  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
  • Ability to use systems and technology to maintain oversight of multiple workflows.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • A willingness to work as a team and to help the wider Division during busy periods.

Special Requirements:

Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required to attend workshops or support events.
