Location: Hybrid Cirencester/Remote (min. 2 days p/wk in the office)
Working as an integral member of our in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you’ll deliver an end-to-end cost-effective Recruitment service for all hiring managers, with a focus on interim (temp & contractor) recruitment.
What you’ll be doing:
You will develop strong relationships with line leaders in allocated business areas to understand their current & future Interim Hiring requirements.
Partner effectively with PSL suppliers to deliver on Contract & Interim hiring requests, as well as review rates and levels of service on a quarterly basis.
Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate & line manager experience to every applicant and manager at every stage of the process.
Collaborate with Responsible Business to ensure 3rd party suppliers are committed to our I&D commitments.
Provide advisory support and help to upskill line leaders on recruitment best practices and processes.
Collaborate with Head of Interim Hires on IR35 guidelines on all “off payroll workers”.
Take a lead role in delivery of recruitment projects.
Support wider Talent Team during “peak” times of recruitment.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll have demonstrable experience as a Recruiter, ideally gained in-house and via a professional services agency.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage vacancies in a fast-paced environment, using experience and judgement to ensure efficient delivery against agreed timescales.
Demonstrable experience in temp and/or contractor recruitment would be beneficial.
Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to every applicant at every stage of the process.
Proven ability to coordinate, negotiate and resolve complex issues at approval and offer stage of the recruitment process.
Proactive and flexible with excellent organisational skills.
Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management at all levels.
Ability to negotiate externally (e.g. fees and margins with agencies).
Up-to-date employment law knowledge relating to recruitment.
Experienced in leading competency-based interviews.
