The global pandemic has shown that people can work and produce astonishing results, even if they can’t leave their home. We know that remote working works but one piece is still missing. There needs to be a mainstream recruitment solution that is accessible and inclusive for all.
That's where Patchwork Hub comes in.
The vision of Patchwork Hub was born well before the pandemic, when our founder Beth Kume-Holland’s chronic health conditions affected the way she was able to work. Through her disability advocacy work, she met and spoke with others in the same position. She wanted to build an effective tool that would ‘patch’ the talent gap.
Since then, Patchwork Hub has grown into a certified disabled-led social enterprise. The majority of our profits go back into our social mission.
Though predominantly used by people with disabilities, carers, parents and recent graduates, our services are designed for all. Our community of Patchworkers is growing fast, and we invite you to join them and become a Patchworker today.Join the community
