Who is in your talent pool?
Our main focus is to support disabled and neurodivergent job seekers to find inclusive work opportunities. As a social enterprise, this is aligned to our social mission to close the disability employment gap.
However, ultimately there are so many cohorts who benefit from accessible and disability inclusive work practices. These range from carers to parents to anyone with short-term ill health or unique personal circumstances.
Through us you can access a sizeable talent pool of people currently excluded or marginalised by traditional recruitment practices. We’re here to help support you in any way we can!
How much does it cost?
Our best value package is our Annual Partnership Package, providing you with unlimited job posting and a wide range of other perks and benefits for just £7,200 + VAT per year.
For employers with fewer vacancies, you can purchase individual job vacancy credits with us, starting at £105 + VAT for one credit, but getting cheaper the more that you buy.
For more information on the pricing for our jobs board, please see our Pricing Page.
Please reach out to [email protected] if you are interested in posting your vacancies with us, or in any of our other services. We would be delighted to help you to set up your company profile and get your vacancies out to our talent pool!

Are applicants required to disclose their disability when applying for a job?
No, applicants are not required to disclose their disability during job application processes.
Disclosing your disability as a job applicant can be a really scary prospect. Candidates are often worried that doing so would negatively impact their job applications.
This is why it’s so important for employers to signal as clearly as possible that you want to support candidates in their applications and provide any adjustments that they may need to the process. Otherwise, candidates will not be able to put their best selves forward.
What if disability inclusion just isn’t a priority for our business right now?
Disability inclusion is not just a ‘nice to have’. Alongside the legal requirements, it’s also a business imperative.
Studies have shown that disability inclusive companies have higher productivity, higher retention rates, lower sickness absence and higher revenue.
24% of the UK population are disabled, and if you aren’t taking disability inclusion seriously you’re missing out on a wealth of talent.
But not only this, being disability inclusive is vital for disabled employees and customers, but ultimately benefits everyone - from carers, to parents to those facing short-term health challenges, so many people in your workplace can benefit from an accessible and disability inclusive environment.
Alongside our jobs board to attract diverse talent, we can help you at every stage of your disability inclusion journey through our training, consultancy and support services. Get in touch today by emailing [email protected].
