Deleting your Patchwork Hub account

We’re sorry that you wish to delete your Patchwork Hub account. Although we’re sad to see you go, we want to make sure that you can delete your Patchwork Hub account if you want to. 

Unfortunately, you are currently unable to delete your Patchwork Hub account via your user settings. If you would like to delete your account though, you can request the deletion by doing the following:

Send us an email at [email protected] with the details of the account that you wish to delete. Please note that the email address of the account must match the email we receive your deletion request from. This is for security purposes and to ensure that the correct account is deleted.

Once we receive your request, our team will process the deletion and confirm that this has been completed via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for your account to be fully removed from our system.
