How do I close my job advert if I want to do this early?

If you’ve filled the role or need to close your job advert early, we’re happy to help you remove it from Patchwork Hub. Please use one of the following methods to request the early closure of your advert:

• Submit a request via our Contact page
• Send us an email at [email protected]

Please ensure that you include the following details so we know which advert to close early:

• Name of your organisation
• Name of the job you wish to close early
• URL to the job you wish to close early

Our team will process the closure of your job advert and confirm that this has been completed via email.

Once your job advert has been closed, it will no longer appear on the Patchwork Hub website for jobseekers to apply for. 

Please note: the status of your job on your employer dashboard will change from ‘Published’ to ‘Draft’ when it has been closed by our administrators.
