How do I provide feedback about the Patchwork Hub website?

Patchwork Hub is committed to making our website as accessible and user-friendly as possible. As a social enterprise led by disabled people, accessibility and inclusion are core to our mission. We believe digital accessibility is a right, not a privilege. Therefore, we strive for our website, communications, content and services to meet and exceed accessibility standards.

We’re always looking to make Patchwork Hub as accessible as we can and our team is working hard to make sure our website is error-free and as accessible as possible. However, if you experience any issues or wish to provide feedback or suggestions, we'd love to hear from you.

You can provide feedback on the Patchwork Hub website by using our website feedback form. This can be accessed in two main ways:

  1. By clicking the light purple ‘Feedback’ button on the left side of our website. This should be underneath our accessibility features button which is an icon of an ambulatory wheelchair user.
  2. By scrolling down to the bottom of our website and clicking the ‘Feedback’ link in our footer. This is underneath the heading ‘Here to help’.

Please try to be as specific as possible when providing feedback about our website. Technologies may work differently with our site, so the more specific you can be the better.

If you have any issues submitting your feedback, you can also email us at [email protected].

Thank you for helping us to provide a more accessible platform for our users!
