How will I know the outcome of my application?
After applying for a job, the employer should notify you if your application is being taken forward within an appropriate period of time. Most commonly, employers will contact you via email using the email address given in your application or profile.
We know how frustrating and tiring it can make the job search when you don’t hear anything back from an employer to know whether your application was successful, or whether it has even been read. While we can’t ensure that all employers who advertise on our platform will get back to applicants, we’re working with employers to highlight the importance of all applicants receiving a notification of the outcome of their application - positive or negative. We know that this makes a difference to candidates and job seekers.
