Sending applicants to apply via URL - Guidelines

When posting a job, you can choose how applicants apply. Applicants can apply through our platform, or directly through your website. Alternatively, it can be through the website of a third party provider.

To make candidates apply through another website, copy the URL for the website and paste this into the ‘provide URL’ section while posting your job.

However, please be aware of the accessibility standards of third party websites and your own. The URL you have linked to might not meet the needs of candidates who need assistive technology or have additional needs. If a website is not accessible, our talented Patchworkers may be excluded from applying for your job. It’s also worth noting that a certain minimum level of web accessibility is now a legal requirement.

If you need assistance with making your website more accessible, Patchwork Hub and our impact partners can help. We can help you make your website digital accessibility compliant and also provide services surrounding inclusive recruitment. To find out more about our services, please get in touch.
