RG Live are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our growing Live Experiences team. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery and expansion of large-scale event formats, from light trails to immersive location-based experiences across global markets. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects running smoothly while contributing to the evolution of exciting, audience-facing experiences.

The role involves assisting management across the commercial delivery of projects, leading on administrative tasks for the team, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation and across its partner network. Experience is not required in the events industry specifically, but the role needs someone with a genuine willingness to engage and be part of an exciting and committed team.

 

What you'll do

  • Project Support
    • Co-ordinate diary liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders, arranging Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings & assisting in circulating meeting agendas.
    • Attend SMT meetings either virtually, or on location where required, taking minutes and action notes, and regularly follow up on task completion.
    • Support the wider team with development research for new projects and territories.
  • Ticketing
    • Setting up and proofreading booking processes ahead of on sale(s), with ongoing monitoring throughout the year.
    • Setting up and / or updating of and circulating of sales reports.
    • Support wider team / ticket agents in customer service responsibilities.
  • Support financial management of projects, inclusive of:
    • Budget Setting.
    • Budget Amendments.
    • Cost and Revenue Account Tracking.
    • Secondary Income Forecasting and / or tracking.
  • Assist with management of secondary income across the portfolio.
  • Any other reasonable task as might be required by the role, to support the Live Experience and Ticketing teams.
