A large financial services firm are looking for a Reward Consultant to join them permanently.

A global financial services company are looking to hire a permanent Reward Consultant to support recent business change initiatives and help develop, embed and maintain BAU reward and reward governance processes.

You will be highly effective in partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for embedding the new reward structure and processes and procedures.
  • Heavy involvement in the implementation of the recognition platform.
  • Working in a broad reward function supporting on governance and remuneration.
  • Business partnering with heads and leaders across the company offering best practice.
  • Work with various teams throughout the business to share knowledge and collaborate.

Key Requirements Include:

  • Previous comp cycle experience.
  • Preferably financial services industry.
  • Strong communicator and influencer.
  • Can understand the impact of changes.
  • Able to pick up tasks quickly and adapt to the situation.

Very flexible remote working options, great salary packages available and able to look at part time candidates.
