Location: This role is in our Head Office in Cirencester. SJP supports hybrid working with an expectation of working 40% of your time in our offices.
The Role: The primary objective of this role is the provision of business analysis into business projects to include development and enhancements of systems and processes, which satisfy user requirements, to required standards of quality, within agreed budgets and timescales.
Who we are looking for: Someone who enjoys interacting with stakeholders daily with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to build strong and lasting relationships, whilst performing in a large team with a variety of projects and initiatives for our Employees, Partners, and Clients. You will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in applying techniques to aid in investigation, analysis, and modelling. You will have a natural ability to challenge and communicate with confidence across all levels of the business.
Proven experience of working within a Business Analyst role
