Background
The Data, Analysis and Insight (DAI) team are vital in leading HMCTS to become a data driven organisation comprised of Data Engineers, Analysts and Data Access specialists.
The role sits within the Data Access team, who support access to HMCTS data for a range of users, including the public, researchers, and other government departments. The team also includes Knowledge and Information Officers (KILO), who lead on Freedom of Information (FOI), Special Access Request (SAR) and third-party Data Protection Act (DPA) requests on behalf of this, and another directorate. The team also works closely with the Data Protection team. This means that there are opportunities to work on related projects and improve your knowledge of HMCTS data access as a whole.
The purpose of this role is to provide day to day support with the monthly external publication of Management Information, and also to support with project work which improves the range of HMCTS published information. The purpose of this role is to strengthen HMCTS capabilities to use its published information, and also to take a lead role in enhancing the analytical information that we publish.
