Location: Birmingham with an element of working from home. Please be aware that this role can only be worked in Great Britain and not overseas.
Informal hybrid arrangements are available and the balance between home and workplace working is to be agreed with the line manager to achieve the right balance between collaboration, in-person engagement and flexibility.
Please note that for this role, there will be an expectation to travel within the region. The post holder will be required to hold a UK driving licence; exceptions to this requirement will be considered where Reasonable Adjustments are required.
In this role, you will be part of a Training Delivery Team, with a focus on delivering high quality training events (both online and in-person) – at workplace locations and on our open-access courses - covering employment law, good practice, and good line management skills.
It also involves business development work, following up on leads and dealing with online, Acas Helpline, and Customer Service Team referrals to generate interest in our products and services. There is strong emphasis on building customer relations.
The Training Delivery Team members are supportive and share knowledge, skills, and advice amongst each other – which is a significant team strength.
You will collaborate in designing and adapting training materials for raising the standards of line manager skills in workplaces and meeting the needs of employers, employees, and their representatives.

Interview Details
If you have successfully passed sift at the application stage, you will be invited to an interview which will either take place via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and which will take place from the week commencing 03 August 2026.
