Company Corner: Blue Badge Service Specialists
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve recently partnered with Blue Badge Service Specialists (BBSS). BBSS provide the elderly and those experiencing mobility issues with an excellent, reliable and friendly Blue Badge application and submissions service. A Blue Badge is a parking permit to help people with disabilities or health conditions park closer to their destination. We spoke with Adrian Lord, Director of BBSS, to find out more about the company’s work, mission and goals.
What are Blue Badge Service Specialists’ main aims and mission?
What do you think is the biggest challenge your industry will face in the next 5 years?
Going online, creating complicated passwords, verifying those passwords, setting up email addresses and verifying those addresses.
Navigating the complex Blue Badge application system, answering questions about medical conditions, and entering complicated medicine names and their dosages.
Once all this has been done, users finally have to enter their payment details and other confirmation information.
What have you found most helpful in the progression of your company?
Can you tell us anything more about your company?
