‘Job seeker’ is what we call our professionals! Our talent pool is made up of skilled and experienced individuals with first-class experience and qualifications. Our Job seekers are looking for work opportunities and roles they can thrive in outside of the conventional office-based role. Our Job seeker community includes disabled people, carers, graduates, parents and retirees.
No, it doesn’t. In fact, for a lot of our jobs the employer would prefer the candidate to go into the office. When you post the job you are given three options for the job’s location: fully remote, remote-based, or both remote and office-based.
We have three affordable packages for employers of all sizes to post jobs and support our community. Our most comprehensive unlimited package for employers currently costs less annually than the recruitment fee for ONE £34k role. Our transparent pricing can be found here.

No. Our talent pool is highly-skilled and efficient. People with unique personal circumstances (such as long term health conditions or caring responsibilities) are the most productive workers in the labour market. We just need to be able to work in the ways that fit us! We are also practiced at knowing what we can and can’t do. This means that we won’t apply or offer our services if we don’t think we can deliver.
Yes, we can! This is part of our mission as a disabled-led social enterprise. We offer training sessions, workshops and consultancy services, all delivered by expert facilitators and consultants. We want to work with you to help your workplaces and its employees to thrive. After all, an inclusive and accessible company benefits everyone.
No, it is the candidate’s choice to disclose any disability. Often disabled candidates are worried that doing so could negatively affect their chances of securing a job due to their previous experiences. We encourage employers to create a culture for disclosure so that they can make any reasonable adjustments to the process. We also encourage inclusive employers to state so clearly in their company profile and job post(s) to show if and how inclusion is a part of their company culture.
Great news, because this isn’t our main selling point. We know that right now, lots of businesses want to connect with high-quality reliable remote-based talent and this is what we offer. It doesn’t matter what the person’s circumstances are, what matters is their skills and ability to do the job. Remote working works and people with unique personal circumstances are best practiced at being productive in doing so.
