How to use Patchwork Hub's accessibility features menu

Patchwork Hub is committed to making our website as accessible as possible. As a social enterprise led by disabled people, accessibility and inclusion are core to our mission. We believe digital accessibility is a right, not a privilege. Therefore, we strive for our website, communications, content and services to meet and exceed accessibility standards.

To help our users navigate our website, we’ve added some additional accessibility features.

To access the accessibility features menu:

  • Navigate to the left side of our website.
  • Click the light purple icon representing an ambulatory wheelchair user. This can be found above the ‘Feedback’ icon.

Once you have accessed the accessibility features menu, you will be able to:

  • Change the size of the text on our website by using the plus and minus signs. If you need to reset the text size at all, you can use the reset icon between the plus and minus sign.
  • Change between three different accessibility stylesheets
    • The first sheet is our default website stylesheet
    • The second is a black and yellow stylesheet
    • The third is a dyslexia-friendly stylesheet

Note: After clicking on a different stylesheet, the Patchwork Hub website will refresh to load the new style. If you wish to change stylesheets back or try another, simply open the accessibility menu again and click on one of the other stylesheets.

Providing feedback about the Patchwork Hub website

You can do this using our website feedback form. To read more about the different ways to provide feedback on the Patchwork Hub website, read our article on this.
