We are seeking a driven and proactive professional to join our Client Services division as a Junior Change Manager. There are two primary functions of the role. Firstly, to help deliver change to our client correspondence. Secondly, to manage the tax year end mailings, working with our 3rd party administration teams and SJP tax year end teams.

The Correspondence team are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client and Partner correspondence change across BAU, regulatory change and mailings, including those linked to SJP projects and programmes, enabling continuous improvement to our client outcomes.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Manage correspondence change through the inception process onto delivery and identifying where there is correspondence impact for SJP corporate and regulatory projects.
  • Manage the team mailbox and planner, responding to queries, issues and complaints from our Partnership, Admin Centres and SJP business areas.
  • Develop and maintain the SJP correspondence library for the suite of Admin Centre correspondence produced from multiple systems, through robotics and manually.
  • Manage correspondence change and reviews, in line with our brand, tone of voice and consumer duty obligations working with other business areas.
  • Provide support for budget management and other reporting where required.

Who are we looking for?

  • The ability to build effective working relationships with the change teams at the Administration Centres.
  • Excellent command of the English language (letter writing)
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills with an ability to filter and interpret project updates and provide clear, concise reports for all audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills including confidence to challenge others where appropriate.
  • A good knowledge of and experience of working within the Financial Services sector, preferably within a change environment.
