We are seeking a Marketing Account Coordinator to support the marketing requirements of the St. James’s Place Partnership. The job holder will be responsible for accurately reviewing, developing and critiquing a range of Partner created marketing materials, ideas and initiatives.

You'll have the opportunity to support on a range of marketing requests from the Partnership such as answering general enquiries and providing guidance to the review of content including social media posts, articles and brochures.

You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple cases, ensuring Partners and key customers are kept updated and ensure that any marketing promotion adheres to regulatory requirements and to the brand accurately.

What you'll be doing:

As an Account Coordinator you will deliver an excellent service to the Partnership, Field and Cirencester on all enquiries and requests into Marketing Services. Supporting the Partnership in the review of submitted marketing initiatives, you will need to develop a solid understanding of all Marketing activity and processes, including advertising, editorials, promotional literature, social media and systems including the SJP Marketing Store and Salesforce.

Using the resources available, including the Intranet, detailed processes and standard methodology, you will be confident and capable in reviewing, resolving and supporting on a wide variety of Partner requests. You'll also contribute by suggesting changes or advising on the most appropriate marketing approach to improve effectiveness.

You'll collaborate closely with specialist functions of marketing and internal departments for technical and compliance input and approvals, and focus on a right first-time approach to interactions and requests, supporting the most effective journey for Partner requests.

Using SJP’s case management system, Salesforce, you'll be responsible for managing your daily assignment of new cases, whilst continuously progressing existing cases which have received a response and following up on cases yet to receive a response.

The job role supports the Partnership with their marketing requirements, the role does not extend to the creation of marketing materials or campaigns, for example.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, able to multi-task, prioritise, plan time efficiently and deliver against timescales
  • Strong administration skills and an understanding of the importance of following processes, procedures and guidelines
  • A good level of knowledge on all Marketing channels is preferable
  • Excellent team worker with outstanding customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage Partner expectations, communicate effectively and focus on finding the best resolution and keeping an open and honest communication chain.

Special Requirements:

You will need to be able to travel to head office in Cirencester 3 days per week.
