The main purpose of this role is to provide support nationally by coordinating, delivering and implementing initiatives and projects, delivering a quality offering to the Partnership through the effective and efficient use of specialist knowledge.
Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will ensure a joined-up approach, driving efficiencies with the goal of improving the end result and overall performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the National Operations PSS Team in the delivery of all business objectives, owning key processes and deliverables including the organisation and delivery of Area and National PSS Events.
- Having input to policy and process improvement, suggesting and implementing improvements and solutions to enhance the National PSS Proposition.
- Using in-depth knowledge and expertise to enable consultation with PSS, Partners, Advisers and FMT.
- Supporting the creation of meaningful MI to demonstrate effectiveness of the PSS function, collating data from various sources.
- Creating and distributing National PSS communications, liaising with Partner Services colleagues to ensure we are all achieving the One Operating Model.
- Preparing key documents and presentations as required for Partnership Operations.
Who we’re looking for:
An individual with in-depth knowledge and expertise of PSS policies and processes and the following:
- Experience of delivering workstreams/projects, ability to work to deadlines and adapt as required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and ability to communicate at all levels, adapting their style to suit the audience.
- Strong MS Office skills, including the ability to create materials and proficient in Zoom and Poppulo.
- Skills in analysing MI, creating meaningful outputs and adapting to suit the target audience.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A strong team player, passionate about the team and gaining positive outcomes.
