We are seeking a driven and technical professional to join our ERP Platform and Operation team in our business change division. The primary objective of the Senior ERP Support Analyst is to support the current ERP solution, Unit4 ERP.

It is key for the role holder to understand how both their role and the role of the team is pivotal for the smooth running of Unit4 ERP and ensure adverse business impact is minimised in the event of an issue.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Unit4 ERP incident tracking and resolution within target of SLAs and OLAs.
  • Prototyping of small enhancements and reports as well as performing unit testing.
  • Deploying improvements, adhering to the change control process
  • Creating, updating and, maintaining support team documentation and guidelines.
  • Development and maintenance of Excelerator / RERX reports
  • Supporting wider ERP projects, developments, and initiatives
  • Assisting and supporting issue tracking and supporting team logs and statistics.
  • Providing face to face advice and assistance with a range of internal stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • The role holder will preferably have experience working with Unit4 ERP and will have detailed knowledge of HR and Payroll.
  • The ability to analyse and liaise with a range of internal stakeholders will be essential, together with a passion to learn and assist in the development of system controls and processes.
  • Ability to recognise the importance of robust system controls and provide proactive assessments of system or process risk areas.
  • Understanding key system security controls and ensuring that these are adhered.
  • Solid understanding of Financials, P2P, S2C, Workflow Reporting and Workspaces is desirable.
  • ITIL Foundation is desirable
