What you’ll be doing:

Acting as an expert in contingent hiring, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in our business to understand their current & future Interim Hiring requirements in order to provide advisory support.

You will deliver on all Contract & Interim hiring requests; ascertaining the best route to market. This will include effective partnering with external suppliers and use of direct networks, talent pools, LinkedIn and job boards.

Collaborating with PSL suppliers to review rates and levels of service on a quarterly basis ensuring alignment to our supplier expectations and commitment to our I&D commitments.

We are committed to delivering an exceptional candidate & line manager experience to every applicant and manager at every stage of the process. To help meet this service level, you will collaborate with Head of Interim Hires on IR35 guidelines on all “off payroll workers” and help to upskill line leaders on recruitment methodologies and processes.

We will also ensure you have the opportunity to take a lead role in delivery of recruitment projects and support wider Talent Team with recruitment campaigns.


Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house in a role within fast-paced environment.

With a strong background in relationship management and experience in coordinating, negotiating and resolving complex issues, you will have up-to-date knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and in particular relating to contingent workers.
