The Team Leader Academy Admissions holds responsibility for leading the administrative & operational processes associated with new Partners and Financial Advisers having a smooth & accurate onboarding journey Into the Academy

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting 121s with direct reports to provide support, coaching, and development opportunities, conducting performance appraisals and creating development plans for the team.
  • Setting expectations, behaviours, and values for the team to abide by in completing the duties of their day-to-day role.
  • Working closely with Team Manager - Programme Delivery to have allocation oversight of new Academy Partners and Advisers to next available and suitable intake, including management of concessions process and maintaining operational processes.
  • Producing and distributing offer letters, contact cards and biographies to new Academy Partners and Advisers
  • Ensuring all new Academy Partners and Advisers have timely access to all required systems and required hardware prior to joining.

Who we’re looking for:

An experienced administrator with people leadership expertise and the following:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities to retain focus.
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Careers model and the operational processes required to onboard Partners and Advisers joining SJP.
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills and a sound knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI to track activity and produce MI.
  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and ability to use technology to maintain oversight of multiple workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, able to build and develop relationships at all levels.
