Due to expansion and growth we have a fantastic brand new opportunity for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Partner Support Team within the Marketing Department.

The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the front line support team and offer oversite of our Partner Service Delivery for Collateral and Literature queries.

Using strong administrative skills, you will be responsible for accurately allocating incoming work requests from the Partnership. This includes determining the complexity, priority, the completeness of request submission, and highlighting the Operations Manager to non-standard enquiries and new trends.

Who are we looking for:

A financial services background, with outstanding administration and attention to detail skills, and experience of supporting a large team. Passionate about providing a first-class professional service, be a standout teammate with an organised and adaptable approach to work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide an excellent service to the Partnership by answering and directing marketing queries
  • Collaborating closely with specialist functions of marketing, key suppliers and internal departments
  • Triage incoming Partnership requests received into the case management system accurately to figure out complexity and priority
  • Keep informed of the Financial Services Industry, regulatory changes and St. James’s Place advice & service offerings, news, corporate initiatives, all marketing activity in the department
  • Comprehensively review Partner created marketing materials and correctly question anything that isn’t clear in regard to initiative and approach and have autonomy to make risk based decisions
  • Review and uphold the integrity of the brand and provide professional consultation
  • Management and resource responsibility for the team including onboarding, 1-1’s and training with responsibility for work allocation to meet incoming demands
  • Support the implementation of robust marketing governance, operation processes and procedures and MI

Special Requirements:

  • A proven financial service industry background
  • A Diploma or Masters qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing is preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience of CMS work preferable, in particular Salesforce
  • Demonstrable experience in people management is essential
  • Be able to attend our Head Office at Cirencester 3 days per week
