The Team Leader provides support nationally leading a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for coordinating, delivering and implementing initiatives and projects.

Responsible for 3-4 direct reports and reporting to the Manager - Project Delivery on priorities, workload, and the provision of day-to-day support as needed to ensure a joined-up approach, driving efficiencies with the goal of improving the end result and overall performance of the area.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the Project Implementation Team, setting objectives, conducting and regular 121's and PDRs and leading their development.
  • Taking responsibility for the successful implementation of all projects whether field or Cirencester based aligning them with the business objectives.
  • Exercising a high level of autonomy to lead a team of specialists in implementing implementation plans and strategies ensuring each have the relevant abilities and competencies required.
  • Owning key projects deliverables including the communication and engagement of the Partnership and FMT.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of key processes and deliverables by offering insights and implementing effective strategies.
  • Providing valuable advice and analysis of meaningful MI to the Operations team and FMT, supporting their decision-making processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the FMT and Senior Management to establish collaborative working in line with the One Operating Model.

Who we’re looking for:

An experienced team leader with the following skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering workstreams/projects within budgets and deadlines, ability to solve complex questions and to react to change.
  • Substantial administration and operational management experience with the ability to manage and prioritise several tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to influence and to bounce back from setbacks.
  • Experience of collating MI and producing significant and clear outputs.
  • Strong MS Office skills, able to create materials, proficient in Asana, Zoom and Teams.

 Special Requirements:

National Travel and overnight stays will be required.
